Introduction

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Go Genmore website and services.

By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use our services.

All services are provided strictly for educational and informational purposes. We make no guarantees regarding business performance, financial outcomes, or income results.

1. Use of Service
The Go Genmore platform, software, and AI receptionist services are intended for business use only.

Users agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information

• Use the service in compliance with applicable laws

• Refrain from unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activities

Prohibited uses include:

• Spam or unsolicited messaging

• Illegal activities

• Harassment or impersonation

• Misuse of automated communications

Go Genmore may also provide educational training, including AI consulting on software tools, digital resources, and related materials.

2. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

3. Service Features
Go Genmore services may include:

• AI call answering and routing

• Call transcription and summaries

• Appointment scheduling

• Automated SMS messaging

• Integrations with calendars, CRMs, and other tools

Service availability may vary due to updates, third-party integrations, or internet connectivity.

4. Payment, Billing & Refund Terms
Access to certain services requires payment or subscription.

A. Fees & Payment Authorization
By purchasing our services, you agree to pay all applicable fees, including one-time AI installation fees, monthly subscriptions, and any usage-based charges. You authorize us to charge your payment method in accordance with the terms presented at checkout. Payments for services may be processed through third-party payment providers, including Stripe, Square or similar processors.
Depending on the service purchased, charges may appear under “Go Genmore”, “The Code Contractor”, or a combination of both on your billing statement.
By purchasing our services, you acknowledge and agree that billing descriptors may vary and correspond to our affiliated business entities.

B. Pricing & Billing Terms
All pricing, billing frequency, and payment details are presented at checkout prior to purchase. This may include one-time fees, recurring subscriptions, and/or usage-based billing.

C. Subscription & Auto-Renewal
All recurring services automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled prior to renewal. You authorize us to charge your payment method for each renewal.

D. Setup Fees (Non-Refundable)
All setup and installation fees are non-refundable once work has commenced.

E. Monthly Service Fees (Non-Refundable)
All monthly service fees are non-refundable once billed. No prorated refunds will be issued for partial billing periods.

F. Usage-Based Charges
Additional charges may apply based on usage (e.g., AI call minutes, SMS). These charges will be billed automatically.

G. Failed Payments
If a payment fails, we may retry the charge and/or suspend services until payment is received. Continued failure may result in termination.

H. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for unused time.

I. Chargebacks & Disputes
You agree to contact us first to resolve billing concerns before initiating a chargeback. In cases of invalid or fraudulent chargebacks, we reserve the right to recover funds, including through collections or legal action, and to suspend or terminate services.

5. Intellectual Property
All software, technology, and content remain the property of Go Genmore or its licensors.

Clients are granted a limited, non-transferable license for business use only.

6. Third-Party Services
Our services may integrate with third-party platforms. We are not responsible for their content, availability, or functionality.

7. Limitation of Liability
Services are provided “as is” without warranties.
Go Genmore is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to the amount paid by the user in the previous 12 months.

8. Termination
Accounts may be suspended or terminated if these Terms are violated.
Users may cancel services according to their subscription terms.

9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any changes.

10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
